Privacy Policies

A few principles come first.

Privacy isn't a setting you go find. It's a starting assumption we build everything else around.

ArboraX makes growth infrastructure — a website, a set of apps, and the plans that tie them together. All of it touches some data to work. Rather than collect what we might one day use, we collect only what a feature needs in front of you, keep it for as long as that feature needs it, and hand you the controls to see, export, or delete it. These principles hold across everything below:

• We collect the minimum. If a feature works without a piece of data, we don't ask for it.
• We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone — there is no version of ArboraX where your information is the product.
• You own what you create. The funnels, notes, and plans you build in the apps are yours, and they leave with you.
• You stay in control. Access, correction, export, and deletion are rights here, not favours.

The information we handle.

We group what we collect into three simple buckets, so it's clear where each piece comes from.

Information you give us

When you contact us, request a plan, or fill out the intake form, you may share your name, email address, business details, and anything you choose to write in a message. When you start a plan, we collect the details needed to deliver it and to process payment.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site or use the apps, we receive standard technical data — device and browser type, general location inferred from your IP address, pages viewed, and how you move through them. This helps us keep things fast, secure, and working as intended.

Information inside the apps

The content you create in the platform — funnel structures, tasks, notes, calculator inputs, and scenarios — is stored so the apps can do their job. We treat this as your working data. We access it only to operate, support, and secure the service, or when you ask us to.

Why we use it.

Every use of your information ties back to running the service you came for. Specifically, we use it to:

• Deliver the product — run the site and apps, build and support your plan, and save your work.
• Communicate — reply to you, send service updates, and share information you asked for.
• Improve — understand what's used and what isn't, so the platform gets better over time.
• Protect — detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep accounts and data secure.
• Meet obligations — comply with law, taxes, and legitimate legal requests.

Privacy in each app.

The platform is a connected suite of apps, each holding one part of your work. Here's what each one touches and why. In every case, the content stays yours and is used only to make that app work for you.

• Funnel OSStores the structure and status of your funnel so you can run the whole thing in one place. Holds your funnel design, stages, and progress.
• Task ManagerKeeps the tasks, owners, and states that turn strategy into shipped work. Holds task content and completion history.
• NotesSaves the thinking you capture as you build. Holds your written notes and their organisation — private to your account.
• CalculatorComputes business intelligence from the figures you enter. Inputs are processed to return results; we don't use them beyond that.
• SimulatorModels growth from the scenarios you set up. Holds the assumptions and outputs of the models you run.
• Growth CalendarPlans campaigns and cadence. Holds your scheduled entries, dates, and campaign notes.

Some apps rely on trusted third-party infrastructure — for hosting, storage, and, where a feature uses AI, model processing. These providers act on our instructions, handle data only to deliver their part of the service, and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and analytics.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how pages perform. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function. Analytics cookies are optional — the banner on the site lets you accept or decline, and you can change your choice any time by clearing your browser's cookies for arborax.io. We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.

When we share — and when we don't.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in a few narrow, necessary situations:

• Service providers who help us operate — hosting, storage, payment processing, and email — acting only on our instructions.
• Legal reasons — when required by law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ArboraX and its users.
• Business changes — if ArboraX is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that, and this policy will continue to apply until updated.

How we protect it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your information, and we limit who on our side can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute protection — but we work to hold data to a standard we'd expect for our own, and to respond quickly if anything ever goes wrong.

What you own, and your control.

Your data belongs to you, and so do the controls over it. Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date.
• Export the work and data you've created in the apps.
• Delete your information, subject to obligations that require us to keep some records.
• Object or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

How long we keep it.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. The ArboraX platform is built for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16; we don't knowingly collect their data, and if we learn we have, we'll remove it.

Where privacy meets terms.

This policy covers privacy. Your use of the site, the apps, and any plan is also governed by our Terms of Use, which set out the rules of engagement — including a few points worth knowing up front:

• You own what's delivered. The assets we build for you — architecture, copy, funnels, and pages — are yours from the moment they're delivered, and aren't locked to a subscription.
• Systems create potential, not guarantees. Outcomes depend on execution, timing, and conditions we don't control.
• Payments follow the plan you choose. Foundation and Growth are one-time; System is a setup fee plus an agreed performance share, as described on the pricing page.

Updates, and how to reach us.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves or the law requires. When we make a material change, we'll revise the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use ArboraX after an update means you accept the revised policy.
